Amazing Views and Great Club Lounge
My stay was fantastic! The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of Manhattan, and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour were delightful. The room was well-maintained and had great amenities, making my visit comfortable and enjoyable. It would be even better if the rooftop access was included in the standard rates, as it adds a lot of value to the experience.

The Standard King Room offers comfortable accommodations, but the real highlight is the hotel’s strategic location. It’s just a few blocks away from the Holland Tunnel, making it easy to navigate in and out of the city.
While the room was fine, I wasn't prepared for the blaring sirens from police and ambulances that kept me awake half the night, especially since my room faced the street. Also, the bathroom felt dated and could use some serious updates. the door design was awkward and tricky to handle. The lack of storage space was a bit frustrating too, with only a hanging closet provided—no shelves or drawers for unpacking. Lastly, I didn't realize how heavy the traffic would be in the area, which made the overall experience a bit more stressful than expected.

The Club Level breakfast offerings were decent, I liked the addition of sautéed onions with the sausage. Also, every single hotel employee I interacted with was terrific, which surprised me, considering expectations.
It wasn't cheap, but the overall experience felt acceptable.

The location is quite good, making it easy to explore nearby neighborhoods like Chinatown and Little Italy. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the noise from the A/C units outside my room and the lack of warm water in the shower, which took quite some time to resolve. While the staff was polite and helpful, I expected better facilities for the price I paid. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of nearby dining options, but the stay could have been significantly better.

Fantastic location but has room for improvement
The hotel's location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tribeca, a vibrant area close to Soho, making it easy to explore local dining and shopping. The room was spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed, though it did have a musty odor during our stay, which could use some attention. Additionally, the housekeeping could be improved as we often ran out of towels and toilet paper, requiring multiple calls to replenish them. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but better attention to room maintenance and amenities would elevate the experience.

During our stay with the kids, we were delighted by the hotel's location, just a short walk from the Canal Street Subway. It made exploring the city easy. The room was comfy, and the kids loved the spacious layout, especially the cozy sofa bed!
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available on-site.

We had a Queen bed room with a spectacular view of the Empire State Building from the 1018 floor. The staff were outstanding and so helpful, making check in and out a breeze and answering all our questions about where to eat and what to see.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
